All orders are carefully packed and shipped from our temperature-controlled warehouse in Massachusetts. Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, but you can typically expect your package to arrive within 2-4 days from when it is shipped. 

We guarantee that all products are fresh and within their best-by date when shipped. If you receive any item that is past its best-by date, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement.

Please note that certain countries, such as China, will print a manufactured date rather than a best by date on the packaging. For these items, we include a sticker with the recommended shelf life for your convenience.

Additionally, many countries outside the U.S. follow a DD/MM/YYYY date format rather than MM/DD/YYYY, so please keep this in mind when reviewing packaging.

We do not currently ship internationally.
