Galactic Snacks Shipping Policy

NOTE: Please allow 2-3 working days (4-5 days during busy holidays) for your order to be packed by Galactic Snacks. This is in addition to shipping times, so please plan accordingly if you are ordering snacks for a specific date or event. Due to the many circumstances outside of our control, Galactic Snacks cannot and does not imply guaranteed delivery dates under any circumstances.

Galactic Snacks is not responsible for weather related damage or delays. This includes perishable goods that can melt such as chocolate or gummy candy. Purchasing perishable goods from our shop is at your discretion. We will not refund or replace items that have melted or otherwise altered their state as a result of extreme heat or cold. To mitigate the effects of heat on perishable items such as chocolate, we do not ship on Thursday or Friday during the months of May-August. Instead, we will ship the following Monday to minimize the number of days in transit. 


Flat Rate & Free Shipping Terms

Galactic Snacks offers $10 Flat Rate Shipping on all orders within the United States. Earn free shipping on orders over $75! These rates do not apply to wholesale orders. 

While the vast majority of our orders are shipped Priority or First Class Mail via USPS, we reserve the right to ship in the most cost-effective manner available. This may include Ground Shipping via providers such as USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Please allow up to 14 days for delivery in these cases. For your convenience, Galactic Snacks provides Free Tracking with every order.

Shipping Policies

For your convenience, Galactic Snacks provides Free Tracking with every order. Historically, most of our orders have been delivered within a 2-5 day window, however, these timelines can be affected greatly by weather, seasonality, and other unforeseen issues. 

Due to the many factors outside of our control, Galactic Snacks cannot and does not imply guaranteed delivery dates under any circumstances. Galactic Snacks will not issue refunds based on late deliveries by USPS, UPS, FedEx or any other carriers. 

Ownership of packages turned over to USPS, UPS, FedEx or any other carrier transfers to the buyer and therefore any issues related to lost, held, or damaged packages must be handled by the buyer. We are more than happy to work with you to provide any information you may need when filing your report with the carrier. 

Please double check your shipping address before placing your order. Galactic Snacks is not responsible for mis-delivered or returned packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer at the time of purchase. For packages returned to Galactic Snacks, customers must contact Support@BuySnacksOnline.com to request a refund (minus any shipping costs) or request an invoice to pay for reshipping to the correct address. 

We are not responsible for shipments sent to forwarding services or companies regardless of shipping service. If you place an order and your shipping address is a forwarding address, you are responsible for contacting your forwarding company or service to locate your shipment.

SHIPPING FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE: Please make sure all addresses are correct before placing your order, we will not refund shipping fees for wrong address on your part or returned shipments.
