In the event of damage, theft, or loss during shipping, simply submit your claim at https://resolve.shipaid.com and we'll handle the rest! On average, it takes under 60 seconds to file a claim via ShipAid.
No more waiting around to get a claims resolution from the shipping carriers - we'll deal with them and reship approved orders within 2 business days.
The Hassle-Free Delivery Guarantee covers damage, loss, and theft by the shipping carriers from the time your package leaves our warehouse until it is delivered to its final destination.
Once the package has been delivered, the coverage expires.
Our Hassle-Free Delivery Guarantee covers your shipment against damage, theft, and loss while it is in transit. This coverage expires once your package has been marked delivered by the shipping carrier.
In short, this delivery guarantee does not cover theft after the package has been marked delivered, so please monitor your shipment via the tracking information that is provided by Galactic Snacks.
Our delivery guarantee does not cover the following claims:
- Weather and temperature related issues such as melting or freezing. While we guarantee the quality of all products that leave our climate-controlled warehouse, we must hand them off to shippers who cannot guarantee that your order will not be exposed to extreme temperatures. Ordering heat-sensitive items is at your own discretion and damages related to melting or freezing do not qualify as a claim. Please see our Shipping Policy for additional details.
- Undelivered packages due to an incorrect or insufficient address. We ship to the address that is provided by the customer and have no means to verify if an address is correct. If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect or insufficient (missing apartment or suite number, etc.), please contact Support@BuySnacksOnline.com and we can reship your order at cost once we receive the returned package.
- Delayed or Late deliveries. Per our Shipping Policy, Galactic Snacks does not imply nor guarantee delivery by any given date. Due to factors outside of our control, including inclement weather or seasonal disruptions, delayed deliveries do not qualify as a valid claim.
Not to worry! We'll do everything in our power to help assist you with the insurance claims process, but it may take a while and there's no guarantee that it will be approved by the shipping carriers.
For example, the Postal Service requires a package to be lost for 15 days before a claim can be submitted. You'll be required to file paperwork containing a list the package's contents along with their value. For damage claims, you'll also be required to upload several photos of the damage.
Once a claim has been submitted, the Postal Service will issue its decision within 5-10 business days. If approved, Galactic Snacks will be notified and we will reship or refund your order.

Our customers can include Delivery Protection for less than $2 on average.
Delivery Protection starts at just $0.99 and is calculated at 3% of your total order value. If your order exceeds $500, the fee is capped at $15.
To prevent against issues such as porch piracy, we provide tracking on all orders. As soon as your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email with your tracking information. We highly recommend keeping an eye on your shipping updates so that you can retrieve your package as soon as it's delivered.

For damage related claims, you will be required to upload a few photos. Please submit 3-5 photos so that we can see the total damage and deal with the shipping carriers.
