While Galactic Snacks can guarantee the quality of all products that leave our climate-controlled warehouse, we must hand them off to shippers who do not guarantee that candy and other snacks won't melt in transit.

If you wish to add extra protection for your heat-sensitive items, we offer 3oz. FDA-Compliant Cold Packs that can be added to insulated Cool Shield envelopes. We recommend adding a few to your order if you live in a warmer climate and during summer months.

Please note that while we've seen success with this method, we CANNOT guarantee your candy will not melt in transit. Ordering perishable goods that can melt in transit is at your own discretion.
